Today, Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland tabled the 2023 Federal Budget, A Made-in Canada Plan: Strong Middle Class. Affordable Economy. Healthy Future. Our team put together an analysis of what was billed as a budget that prioritizes fiscal restraint, but that needs to deliver on key promises in healthcare and in keeping up with the US’s Inflation Reduction Act, among others.
