Manitoba’s 2024 Budget

The first budget tabled by the Premier Wab Kinew’s government since taking the reins six months ago tackles two major themes: fixing an ailing health care system and lowering costs for Manitobans. It reads much like the platform the Manitoba NDP was elected on, though its spending ambition is limited by red ink left behind by the previous government.
