Vice President, EnterpriseHealth
Enterprise is looking for a Vice President to be a leader in our health practice in Toronto.
EnterpriseHealth is a specialized practice within Enterprise Canada, focused on health care, public affairs, and advocacy. We work with leading organizations to navigate complex health policy landscapes, engage government stakeholders, and deliver strategic solutions that drive impact.
This position is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and complicated issues facing the country for many of Canada’s largest health companies, government agencies, and associations. We’re looking for a leader who is talented, motivated and ready to take on exciting work that delivers for our clients, especially in government relations.

Core Responsibilities:
As a Vice President (VP) at EnterpriseHealth, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Canada Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving business growth, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring exceptional client service. This executive-level role requires a dynamic leader who can provide strategic counsel and represent EnterpriseHealth to clients and stakeholders at the highest level.
In this role you will:
- Lead government engagement, public affairs, and advocacy strategies for health care clients in Ontario.
- Lobby directly on behalf of clients and maintain compliance with all lobbying and ethics requirements.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients at an executive level.
- Build deep relationships across key ministries and senior decision-makers in multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide strategic oversight across client files, stepping in when executive presence is required.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and securing clients through proactive outreach.
- Contribute to business development through proactive networking, pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Coach and mentor junior team members providing strategic advice and counsel.
- Stay informed on current events, politics, and public policy issues in health care.
- Represent EnterpriseHealth at external events and industry forums to promote the firm’s expertise.
Key Competencies:
- Proven ability to lead, give strategic advice, and execute work on complex health care files.
- Strong experience in government relations, lobbying, and public affairs.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions at executive and board levels.
- Skilled in media training and strategic communications.
- Ability to develop and sustain client relationships and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Expertise in navigating health care policy and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills within the health sector.
- Experience in senior advisory roles within government, political offices, or health policy environments.
- Strategic leadership with proven ability to lead complex initiatives, provide executive-level counsel, and deliver results.
- Deep understanding of Ontario’s health care system and political decision-making processes.
- Ability to facilitate discussions at board and executive levels and represent EnterpriseHealth publicly.
- Strong networks within government and the health sector; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
