Enterprise Canada Expands Federal Practice with Addition of Katrin Bell

Ottawa, ON – Enterprise Canada is pleased to welcome Katrin Bell as a Coordinator in our growing federal government relations practice based in Ottawa. With a background in both law and politics, Katrin brings a sharp analytical lens and deep understanding of policy and legislative processes to support our clients and our team.

Katrin began her career as a lawyer at a not-for-profit organization, where she honed her advocacy skills and developed a strong foundation in public affairs. She also served in a federal Member of Parliament’s office, gaining firsthand experience in legislative affairs, relationship-building, and the inner workings of Parliament. Most recently, she contributed to a provincial leadership campaign, where she played a key role in crafting policy and supporting overall campaign strategy. 

At Enterprise Canada, Katrin will support clients across a wide range of files by applying a legal and strategic lens to emerging issues, helping organizations understand and influence complex public policy challenges. 

Katrin holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa, an undergraduate degree in International Development and Political Science from the University of Guelph, and a certification in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is called to the bar and licensed to practice law in Ontario.
